It's a good thing the FCC took the shackles off the media conglomerates -- now major universities will get the news flash that the economy isn't exactly barreling ahead. Judging by the salary packages some high-profile college basketball coaches have, SI.com's Mike Fish points out "institutions of higher learning" aren't worried about spending money.
